Turn your USB into a cd-rom for autorun usb flash drives

Ever wonder how to make your USB drive into a autorun cd-rom drive? It is easy if you have the tools:) Else you will always see this screen

Which just wants to make me scream!

Of course you can just edit the 1's and 0's in the boot sector or if you have no clue about that stuff you can just use this tool:) UMPTOOL.exe.

I just saw Curl tool on this site and was thankfull for the info, so I thought I share one of my secret tools. This will make some usb chipsets into two drives. One a cd-rom and one a regular flash drive. The cd-rom partition will allow your usb flash drive to have an autorun feature set. If you need your usb flash drive to start an app without a prompt this is your tool. Note this works with a lot older chip sets then the newer ones I have noticed. I am looking for a newer one and Will post when i find it.

The software attached should reconize your usb drive if it does not that means you don't have a usb drive chip set that works with the software:) If you need one let me know and i Can send you a usb drive that works with the chip set. It is great you can autostart all kinds of cool stuff:)

oh now saying that I have only got it to work on some chip sets for USB not all chip sets work. you will see a list of chip sets that it will work for so you will have to find a usb card with the chip set that works with this software.

the program works great! i have used it my self and it is not a Trojan horse. It might report as one since some virus makers don't wont' you using hacking software:) If you don't believe me just install this on a Virutal host and see if it opens up any ports such as a trojan would do:) then monitor network traffic to see if it sends any data out of your pc. It won't since it is not a trojan. It modify's the boot sector of the USB card much like the U3 software does to make it a CD-Rom Partition. nothing to amazing here just a little out of the box thinking:)

yes, this software also has a boot option to boot from the usb flash drive really cool. I have not tried it yet with the boot bit on. I have tried it with the cd-rom partition and it works great! I just posted the file above.

What about trying to run an .ISO from a flash drive? Let's say I want linux on my flash drive and I want it to boot up when I put my flash drive in my computer and restart. Will this act as a CD then?
